Head to VandaClinic’s Setting -> Clinical Data -> Dictionary.

Certain master data can be added by clinic users such as:

• MC Purposes
• Kin’s relationship
• Personnel salutation
• Referer’s institution and personnel
• Operation Type
• Anesthetic Type
• Anesthetic Drug
• VA Aided Type

Click on ” + Create ”

User may click on the pencil icon to edit existing dictionary or the bin button to delete.

Fill in the code & description. Press save once you have filled in the information. The description will be utilized for display.
