How to corrct Patient’s NRIC when add patient to Queue

Consult in, out and Recall patient
Last Updated: December 20, 2025Go to ‘Queue‘ Click onto this icon on the far right to call in pending patient Click onto the same icon on consult in patient
Search for Patient in queue
Last Updated: December 20, 2025Go to ‘Queue‘ On the top right click onto the ‘Search in queue‘ search bar, minimum 2 letters the queue list will update accordingly you
Open Queue Display
Last Updated: December 20, 2025Go to ‘Queue’ click onto the screen icon on the top right. The Queue Display will appear on another window.
View Invoice, Payment, Patient Detail and Patient Label from queue
Last Updated: December 20, 2025Go to ‘Queue‘ Navigate to the patient you want to view details of and select the three dot menu on the far right this menu
Queue Category
Last Updated: December 20, 2025In the Queue Management page, click on the double tick icon on the top right of the page. A pop up with the available queue
Print Queue Label
Last Updated: December 20, 2025In the queue management page, click on the Printer Icon next to a patient’s name. A pop-up will appear and click on print to print
Backdating queue
Last Updated: December 20, 2025When adding patient to queue, toggle the “Toggle to activate date & Time change” button. Next, change the date & time before adding the patient
