Reset user password
Last Updated: December 20, 2025In Vanda Manager, Click User Management On the user, under Actions, click on the 3 dots icon Click Reset Password Enter new password for the user and your current account’s password Save. User will be able to log in with the New Password given.
Unlock an account
Last Updated: December 20, 2025If a user has not logged in for more than 90 days, their account will be locked. The clinic admin can do the fullowing in Vanda Manager to unlock the users’ account. Force exit a user

Edit user account
Last Updated: December 20, 2025In Vanda Manager, Click User Management Click on the Username of the account to edit All details except for the username, user type, and password are editable For Doctors, a checkbox “Off Duty” will appear. If this checkbox is ticked, the doctor will not appear in Vanda Clinic’s list of doctors. Save changes
